Editorial policy
Spirited News Dispatch aims to make clear, considered work about independent media. We distinguish explanation from opinion, avoid presenting personal preference as a rule and correct material errors when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and context
We take care with names, dates, descriptions and factual claims, and use sources suited to the subject. When a point is uncertain or an example is limited, we say so rather than dressing a guess as a conclusion. Our articles are editorial discussion, not professional advice.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made with the reader and the subject in mind. Paid collaborations and partner material are clearly labelled wherever they appear, so readers can tell when content has a commercial relationship. A partnership does not turn a promotional claim into an independent editorial finding.
Corrections and illustrations
Readers can report a possible error through the Contact page. We review the concern and correct material mistakes with clear wording where appropriate. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when they are, we identify them as AI-generated and do not present them as documentary photographs.
